Secure Flight Program

In an effort to improve the security process in airports throughout the country, the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) is implementing a program called Secure Flight. Through this program, airlines must submit all traveler information to the TSA for all flights departing from or landing in the United States.

What information do we need from you?

In order for you to avoid any security delays, we are asking you to provide us with the following information that airlines are required to send to the TSA:

  • Traveler’s Name: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth

This information must completely and exactly match the information on the government issued photo ID you will be presenting to the TSA prior to boarding your flight. Montrose Travel will update your individual traveler profile to reflect the information you provide. That data will then be relayed to the airline as required.

How can I update this information with Montrose Travel?

Click here to update your profile online with the information on your government issued ID before April 1st. You can also send us a file with the data required for all registered travelers within your company at corpsales@montrosetravel.com.

What if my frequent traveler name does not match the name on my government issued ID?

Your frequent traveler program will need to be updated with the information on your government issued ID. Each airline has a different process for updating / changing your name in their frequent traveler program.
