How it Works
Travel GPA has an agreement with some of the major TMC (Travel Management Companies) which allows it to provide real data in real-time to generate travel report cards for your company. The travel report cards clearly identify positive and negative factors that may be affecting your current travel management program scores.
Travel GPA understands the metrics, knows your industry code and region which ensures that you receive an accurate analysis of how you measure against other programs. Your company’s data is placed into Travel GPA’s system and compared against a live database, giving you the most up-to-date picture of your travel management program.
What it Measures
Travel GPA will base all of its reports on actual net tickets. It takes the total number of invoices and subtracts out credits and exchanges to end with the number of net tickets. This provides valuable benchmark data of actual valid purchases.
Data Sources
The comparison information in the report card is one of the largest benchmarking databases in the industry. The ability of Travel GPA to gather real-time data from many different companies is the greatest strength Travel GPA provides. Any TMC that has subscribed to iBank Travel Management System can transmit their customers’ information to Travel GPA. iBank data includes:
- iBank Agency Data Share
- iBank XML broadcast report submission
- iBank data cleanser submission
Overall ratings of the Report Card
- 1.0 – 2.0 Needs improvement
